Onsite Grievance Support
Zero Exposure are available to deal with any employee grievance that may arise and will implement correct grievance procedure, in doing so will provide the full minimum statutory grievance policy documentation that sets out the required procedure. If you do not have your own HR Manager and do not have the knowledge of how to deal with statutory grievance procedure, we can ensure that when an employee raises their grievance, your systems are checked to ensure conformity and that the grievance is dealt with in accordance with the law.
